On behalf of our client we are seeking a Contracts and Legal Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all legal and contractual matters related to Facilities Management operations. The role focuses on drafting reviewing and managing operational commercial and vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position requires strong understanding of FM business processes and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal and contractual risks and support smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Draft review and manage operational commercial vendor and FM-related contracts
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and contractual obligations
- Provide legal advice and support to Operations Commercial HR and Management teams
- Identify legal and contractual risks and recommend mitigation actions
- Support contract administration throughout the full contract lifecycle
- Liaise with external legal advisors when required
- Ensure alignment of company policies with legal and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Law / Legal Studies
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience with at least 45 years in Facilities Management
- Proven experience handling FM operational commercial and vendor contracts
- Strong knowledge of Saudi legal and regulatory framework
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) mandatory
- Experience coordinating with external legal advisors
