This role is available on a full time or part time basis according to the needs and experience of the successful candidate.

About the role
As a P&C Business Partner youll work closely with operational leaders in Melbourne and Adelaide to deliver people strategies that drive performance engagement and cultural alignment. Youll be a trusted advisor a change champion and a key contributor to national P&C initiatives ensuring regional implementation is seamless and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnering

• Provide expert guidance on workforce planning employee relations performance management and leadership capability.
• Partner with leaders to address workforce challenges and align people strategies with business goals.
• Deliver timely solutions -focused advice on employment policies procedures and employment related matters.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Champion initiatives that enhance wellbeing engagement and retention.
• Support continuous improvement incorporating employee feedback and engagement programs.
• Foster a positive inclusive workplace culture aligned with our values.
• Lead regional rollout of national P&C frameworks and programs.

P&C Operations

• Lead or support key P&C processes including performance reviews remuneration talent mapping and L&D.
• Oversee day-to-dayPeople & Cultureoperations across the region ensuring consistency compliance and quality service delivery
• Manage complex employee relations matters in collaboration with legal/IR specialists.

Corporate Social Responsibility

• Build and maintain relationships with our charity partners and lead programs that support them.
• Lead CSR activities including the implementation of our Reconciliation Action plan and report on our CSR activities.

About You

Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business Administration Organisational Development Psychology or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to drive business outcomes through effective people management.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage change influence stakeholders and deliver people initiatives in complex environments.
• High level of emotional intelligence communication skills and cultural awareness.
• IT literacy in MS Office suite (Excel Word & Outlook in particular).
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships credibility and trust.
• Outstanding attention to detail strong commercial acumen.

• Commitment to compliance safety and ethical standards.
• Ability to identify and manage workplace risks.
• Completion of required compliance training and understanding of H&S processes.
