Community Solutions are seeking 2 Business Trainees that can demonstrate a strong work ethic initiative and the drive to complete a 12-month full time Traineeship to become a skilled administration super star! Based in Birtinya these 12-month Business Administration Traineeships are hosted with a local business that specialises in NDIS and Aged Care support.

What will you bring to the role

The team will teach you during the traineeship but there are some minimum requirements and key traits were looking for:

  • An aspiration to work in an office environment
  • An eye for detail
  • A team player!
  • Has a natural ability to pick up systems quickly & intermediate/advanced computer skills
  • Blue Card/NDIS Screening Card (or willing to obtain)
  • The ability to pass a fit2work police check
  • Self-motivated and can work independently on delegated tasks
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday full time 8:30am 4:30pm
  • Drivers licence
  • Provide two references
  • Successful candidates will participate in a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
  • A keen attitude and a willingness to learn!

Who We Are

Community Solutionsis a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.
