Whats the role
Were looking for a People Cloud Systems Lead to help shape the future of HR technology at Westpac. If you enjoy solving complex system challenges partnering with stakeholders and driving improvement across HR platforms this role offers the chance to make a real this role you will support the strategic direction and daytoday optimisation of our Oracle HCM Cloud environment. Youll work closely with HR and Technology teams to make sure the platform delivers a seamless employee experience and strong HR data foundations.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Configure and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules across Core HR Recruitment Performance Talent Compensation Absence Time and Labour and more
- Manage system documentation upgrades and release cycles
- Troubleshoot issues complete rootcause analysis and deliver fixes
- Align system enhancements with Oracles roadmap and emerging trends
- Identify opportunities to improve HR digital services
- Work in Agile teams to deliver platform improvements and new capabilities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage vendor engagement
- Ensure compliance with data privacy security and risk frameworks
What do I need
You will bring a mix of technical depth HR process understanding and a genuine interest in improving digital employee experiences. Were looking for someone who is proactive collaborative and comfortable working across both detail and strategy.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Extensive experience configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how technology supports them
- Analytical and problemsolving skills including data analysis capability
- Experience working in Agile delivery
- Confident stakeholder and vendor management
- A continuous improvement mindset
- A working experience or a degree in HR Information Systems Business or related field
- Oracle HCM and Agile/PM certifications are highly regarded
