- Assist in interventional radiology procedures including patient preparation monitoring and post-procedure care
- Administer medications and contrast media as directed by the radiologist
- Operate and maintain specialized radiology equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation protection measures
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
- Educate patients and families about procedures and post-procedure care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

Qualifications :
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements outlined through the MD Board of Nursing is required.; BSN preferred. Up-to-date status on all mandatory training and classes.
- One year nursing experience. Solid knowledge and clinical skills.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Maintenance of 10 contact hours of education every two years.
