Description
. This contract position is on-site and provides an excellent opportunity for professionals in the medical practice industry to contribute to patient care and diagnostic services.
In this role you will be responsible for performing a variety of radiological examinations interpreting imaging studies and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing conditions and guiding treatment plans making a significant impact on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging examinations including X-rays MRIs and CT scans
- Interpret imaging results and communicate findings to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with referring physicians to optimize patient care
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Provide consultations and follow-up on imaging results
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases
- Stay updated with advancements in radiological practices and technologies
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Current board certification in Radiology
- Experience in diagnostic radiology as an associate-level professional
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Schedule: 11p-7a
Case Volume: 80 per night
Setting: Remote
Workstation provided
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
