As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Leidos you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent across our businesses. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process including role scoping market research sourcing screening and selection. Working closely with hiring partners you will lead offer structuring negotiation and issuance while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage.
