Job Summary
Zoox is looking for an intern to gain hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle and various talent programs. The intern will support day-to-day recruiting activities contribute to process improvements and participate in strategic projects that shape how we attract and hire talent. This internship will build a strong foundation in recruiting strategies programs and best practices while developing skills applicable to a future career in talent acquisition or HR.
In this Role You Will...
- Conduct research to identify talent trends sourcing channels and competitive insights to inform recruiting and talent program strategies
- Support the planning and execution of talent programs such as internships candidate events and internal mobility initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Talent People Experience and business functions to coordinate program logistics and share insights
- Contribute to process improvements by analyzing workflows gathering feedback and helping implement scalable solutions across recruiting and talent programs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently working towards a Bachelors in a relevant business program
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about recruiting talent programs and people processes
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and comfort working across teams and functions
- Analytical thinker who enjoys improving processes and finding practical ways to make work more efficient
- Proactive resourceful and able to take initiative in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is $5500 to $7500. Compensation will vary based on role degree level and type and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance 401k and a housing stipend.
