Recruiting Coordinator for Wrestling focuses on developing and executing strategies to identify evaluate and recruit talented student-athletes who meet athletic academic and character standards. Key responsibilities include managing the recruiting budget ensuring compliance with all NCAA and conference rules building relationships with prospective recruits and their families and collaborating with coaching staff to support team development and success.

Required Qualifications

Strong experiential knowledge of the sport of wrestling and the recruiting landscape.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with student-athletes coaches and other university staff.

Preferred Qualifications

Former wrestler or coach with a NCAA Division I Power 4 program.
Bachelors degree.

Pay Band

Overtime Status

Non-Exempt: Eligible for overtime
