Sales Representative (Legal / Paralegal Contacts)
Location: Remote (PH LATAM)
Salary Range: (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)
- $650/month with performance bonus (conditions met)
Schedule: (must overlap with US EST business hours primarily M-F 9 AM 5 PM EST); some flexibility can be accommodated
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will conduct outreach to attorneys and paralegals on behalf of the Deputy Director of Investigations scheduling meetings and generating opportunities. This is a high-volume results-driven sales role focused on lead generation appointment setting and supporting the growth of the clients market presence in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule sales calls on behalf of the Deputy Director of Investigations after onboarding.
- Conduct outreach to 500 contacts per week engaging in meaningful conversations with attorneys to identify their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Track interactions manage sales pipelines and ensure follow-ups using CRM software Google Docs and Microsoft Outlook.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Send templated emails following calls.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with clients and the Lauth team providing status updates and reporting outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English and if applicable in a relevant local language (Spanish or Portuguese).
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
- Previous sales experience particularly in legal or corporate contexts.
- 5 years of sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong communication negotiation and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve high-volume targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of corporate structures and the role of Human Resources.
- Experience in bilingual sales environments.
- Experience selling to or communicating with attorneys and paralegals highly preferred.
