Job Summary

Job Title: Business Development Executive (International Voice Process – Website Mobile App Software & Digital Marketing)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 15000 – 25000 per month (depending on experience and last drawn salary as per company standards)

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on experience in International Voice Sales. The role involves connecting with international clients — primarily across the USA UK Australia and Canada — to understand their digital needs and propose tailored solutions in Website Consulting Mobile App Development Software Solutions and Digital Marketing Services.

This is a remote voice process role requiring excellent communication skills persuasive selling ability and a strong understanding of digital business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound international calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s range of digital services (Website Design & Development Mobile App Development Software Solutions SEO PPC and Digital Marketing).

  • Understand client requirements goals and challenges to recommend the most suitable digital solutions.

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule online meetings or demos for the senior sales or technical team.

  • Maintain and update client interactions leads and activity logs in the CRM system.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–4 years in International Voice Process / Website Sales / IT or Digital Marketing Sales (mandatory).

  • Excellent spoken English with a confident engaging and professional communication style.

  • Strong persuasion negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Basic understanding of website mobile app software and digital marketing concepts (SEO PPC SMM etc.).

  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with defined KPIs and targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.

  • Must have a stable internet connection a personal laptop/computer and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in International Sales (B2B or B2C).

  • Knowledge of platforms such as WordPress Bubble No-code Platforms and Digital Marketing tools (SEO SMO PPC).

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace Zoom HubSpot Zoho Salesforce or similar tools.

  • Ability to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
