Were looking for Business Development Manager who can be a strategic market developer - identifies new business opportunities and builds relationships to grow Aggrekos presence in untapped markets and customer segments across the Petrochemical Refining Fertilizer and Oil and Gas sector.

What youll do:

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities by researching emerging sectors customer segments and innovative applications for Aggrekos solutions.

  • Build strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to become a trusted advisor and deepen account engagement.

  • Drive strategic account growth by uncovering multiple opportunities across sites and business units increasing share of business within key accounts.

  • Develop compelling business cases and market-entry strategies collaborating with engineering to adapt or customize solutions for new markets.

  • Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline ensuring accurate long-term forecasting qualification and effective handoff to sales teams.

  • Achieve growth outcomes through strong proposal win rates competitive market penetration and measurable value creation.

Location: Delhi/Mumbai

What were looking for:

  • 5 years of proven success in business development or strategic B2B sales consistently achieving targets in complex or technical industries.

  • Industry experience in energy oil & gas or petrochemicals with strong understanding of operational workflows and customer environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and extended decision-making processes.

  • Strong relationshipbuilding capability with senior executives and Clevel leaders driving both new market entry and strategic account growth.

  • Technical aptitude or background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

  • Track record of creating new business opportunities including market entry solution innovation or identifying new applications for existing products.
