Join us as a Guest Experience Associate in Dominical beach where youll welcome guests from worldwide ensure their needs are met and help them make the most of their stay in paradise.

From coordinating activities and transportation to sharing local tips and surf spots youll be part of a dynamic team that blends world-class hospitality with the laid-back charm of the Pacific coast.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Coordination

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance throughout their stay.
Support in planning and confirming guest itineraries tours and transportation.
Share local recommendations including dining activities and beach/surfing spots.
Coordinate with hotel staff to fulfill special requests and ensure exceptional service.

Communication & Follow-Up

Communicate with guests via WhatsApp email phone and in person.
Follow up on guest needs promptly and professionally.
Gather and share guest feedback to support service improvements.

What Were Looking For

A passion for hospitality and making guests feel at home.
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
Organized and detail-oriented able to handle multiple priorities.
Comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn new systems.
Energetic adaptable and positive attitude.

Requirements

Costa Rican residency.
13 years of experience in hospitality or tourism roles.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
