Responsibilities:
- Analyze contracts and project documentation to define scope and requirements.
- Review client configurations during quality assurance and create technical build specifications.
- Configure accounts platforms and products including user provisioning and authentication setup.
- Troubleshoot and resolve eligibility and provider ID errors ensuring compliance with EDI standards.
- Lead onboarding meetings document important decisions and keep partners aligned.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 02 years of experience in client onboarding implementation or related roles.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation platforms.
- Commitment to promoting an inclusive collaborative and client-focused environment.
