Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze contracts and project documentation to define scope and requirements.
  • Review client configurations during quality assurance and create technical build specifications.
  • Configure accounts platforms and products including user provisioning and authentication setup.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve eligibility and provider ID errors ensuring compliance with EDI standards.
  • Lead onboarding meetings document important decisions and keep partners aligned.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 02 years of experience in client onboarding implementation or related roles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation platforms.
  • Commitment to promoting an inclusive collaborative and client-focused environment.
