Exigences/Requirements:
Doctorat complété ou thèse en cours dans lun des domaines des sciences sociales. Expérience en enseignement postsecondaire en animation ainsi quen développement de méthodes dapprentissage en milieu universitaire.
Démontrer une expertise dans lenseignement de cours dintroduction aux sciences sociales attestée par lenseignement des mêmes cours ou de cours similaires ou par des publications dans le domaine.
Démontrer une expérience en mentorat détudiants vulnérables dans les compétences clés liées à lapprentissage. Faire preuve de sensibilisation aux principes déquité de diversité et dinclusion (EDI).

Le professeur sélectionné sera appelé à collaborer étroitement avec les professeurs enseignant le même cours dans dautres sections (française et anglaise) notamment pour lélaboration du plan de cours afin dassurer une cohérence dans lapproche pédagogique et les apprentissages.
