Job Summary
Our client an established construction contractor specializing in residential development is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the cost management of significant housing and apartment projects launching in Cape Town
Requirements:
- Sc (QS) (QS) or equivalent Quantity Surveying qualification
- Minimum 8-10 years of Quantity Surveying experience in construction
- CCS Software Expertise (non-negotiable)
- Essential: Proven experience managing residential/housing/apartment projects
- Track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects
- Experience in full project lifecycle from tender through to final account
- Experience managing and mentoring junior QS staff
