Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Construction Operations Managers who excel at overseeing multiple projects and driving operational excellence. If you have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction operations this could be an excellent opportunity.
Job Description:
- Oversee multiple construction projects and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget
- Manage operational resources subcontractors and suppliers
- Implement and enforce health safety and quality standards
- Report on operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- 8 years experience in the construction industry with at least 3 years in an operations or senior management role
- Strong leadership planning and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and project delivery
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field
