Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate candidates are sourced hired and oriented to meet the organizations talent needs.
- Must have Knowledge of using job portals like Linkedln Indeed Naukri etc.
- Helping with designing and organizing employee engagement activities and key team events in order to build a strong organizational culture
- Handling day-to-day operational tasks
- Managing employee attendance
- Maintain internal HR systems and Employee trackers
- Address Employee queries relating to policies and processes
- Take care of Operational paperwork (Employment Agreement Exit formalities etc)
- Manage formalities for Onboarding and exit
- Open to work on additional responsibilities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Recruitments.
- Preferable from hospitality or travel and tourism industry
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to take complete ownership and innovate on a given task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
