Job Summary

A Leading Manufacturing industry is looking for experienced candidate in overall administration of the plant/office including facilities infrastructure security housekeeping canteen transport and vendor management ensuring a safe efficient and compliant work environment.


Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daytoday plant administration: building offices utilities meeting rooms and general services.

  • Manage security housekeeping canteen and transport operations ensuring service quality and cost control.

  • Handle vendor management for admin services: negotiate contracts monitor performance and process bills.

  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment furniture and common infrastructure with internal teams/AMCs.

  • Support statutory and safety compliance on the premises (fire safety visitor management CCTV access control) in coordination with HR/Factory teams.

  • Organize administrative support for audits inspections events training programs and senior management visits.

  • Implement and monitor admin policies and SOPs ensuring discipline and hygiene across the facility.



Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline; additional qualification in administration/management preferred.

  • 10 years experience in administration preferably in a manufacturing/plant/large office environment.

  • Strong vendormanagement and negotiation skills (security housekeeping canteen transport etc.).

  • Good understanding of facility management safety norms and basic statutory requirements related to premises.

  • Excellent coordination communication and peoplehandling skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks handle emergencies and work closely with HR production and finance.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with ERP/email ticketing or facility management tools

Required Skills:
