What you will do :
- Oversee planning execution and delivery of projects involving IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) FAS (Fire Alarm System) BMS (Building Management System) ACS (Access Control System) and related security & safety solutions.
- Coordinate with clients consultants vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation within defined timelines and budgets.
- Prepare review and manage project schedules resource allocation and documentation.
- Supervise site activities including installation commissioning testing and handover of IBMS CCTV FAS BMS and ACS systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Track project progress identify risks/issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead regular project meetings providing updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of equipment and materials ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate training and support for end-users during and after project completion.
What we are looking for :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation or related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management for ELV systems (IBMS CCTV FAS BMS ACS).
- Strong technical knowledge of security surveillance and building management systems.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant codes/regulations (e.g. NEC NFPA local building codes).
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Project AutoCAD and other project management/software tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Certification (PMP/Prince2 or similar).
- Experience working in large commercial residential or industrial projects.
