The firms practice is centered around DUI defense and domestic violence representation with occasional general criminal matters. This is an opportunity to step into a fully developed role with significant client and courtroom interaction no ramp-up period required.
The role offersflexible remote work but requires frequent in-person appearances in courthouses across Los Angeles Riverside San Bernardino Orange and North San Diego Counties. Attorneys enjoy independence over their docket a consistent morning-to-early-afternoon work rhythm and no billable hour pressure.

- Work remotely with travel to local courts
- Full-time role with option to be a 1099 contractor or W-2 employee
- Most workdays end by 23 p.m.
- No billing quotas or micromanagement
Compensation & Benefits:
- $90000 $110000 depending on experience
- 100% employer-paid health insurance (employee only)

Youll Handle:
- DUI and domestic violence cases from start to finish
- Court appearances throughout Southern California
- Drafting motions pleadings and court filings
- Regular client updates and status calls
- Working autonomously while collaborating with leadership
What Youll Need:
- At least 1 year of criminal defense experience
- Familiarity with both misdemeanor and felony cases
- Confidence managing 80100 active files
- A valid California Bar license
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- Ideally located in or near the Inland Empire or San Bernardino area
