A well-established firm is seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney to take over an active caseload of approximately 100 matters. The firms practice is centered around DUI defense and domestic violence representation with occasional general criminal matters. This is an opportunity to step into a fully developed role with significant client and courtroom interaction no ramp-up period required.

The role offersflexible remote work but requires frequent in-person appearances in courthouses across Los Angeles Riverside San Bernardino Orange and North San Diego Counties. Attorneys enjoy independence over their docket a consistent morning-to-early-afternoon work rhythm and no billable hour pressure.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90000 $110000 depending on experience

Youll Handle:

• DUI and domestic violence cases from start to finish
• Court appearances throughout Southern California
• Drafting motions pleadings and court filings
• Regular client updates and status calls
• Working autonomously while collaborating with leadership

What Youll Need:

• At least 1 year of criminal defense experience
• Familiarity with both misdemeanor and felony cases
• Confidence managing 80100 active files
• A valid California Bar license
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• Ideally located in or near the Inland Empire or San Bernardino area
