This role provides an opportunity for a real estate associate to work on sophisticated high-value transactions across a broad range of asset classes and deal structures. As part of a leading Real Estate practice you will advise prominent investors developers lenders and institutional clients on complex domestic and cross-border real estate matters.

You will be actively involved in all phases of real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing with meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction. The role offers exposure to acquisitions and dispositions construction and permanent financings joint ventures portfolio transactions REITs and real estate fund matters.

Who You Are:

You are a motivated real estate attorney with experience across a broad spectrum of transactional matters including:

• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Construction and permanent financings representing both lenders and borrowers
• Joint venture transactions
• Portfolio transactions REITs and real estate funds
• Equity joint venture investments structuring and entity formation
• Transactions involving all principal asset types including residential industrial office retail hospitality and land

You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen attentively engage collaboratively and clearly convey complex legal concepts in both written and oral form. You are known for your strong work ethic team-oriented mindset and willingness to take on increasing responsibility on client matters.

Strong academic credentials are required. Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in is expected.
