This is an opportunity for an experienced finance attorney to play a key role in a sophisticated and fast-paced Finance Practice working on high-profile asset-based and structured finance transactions for leading market participants.

In this role you will be directly involved in complex financing matters including warehouse lending facilities forward flow transactions whole loan transfers repurchase agreements and securitization-related transactions. You will have meaningful responsibility from day one with the autonomy to manage significant components of transactions while collaborating closely with senior attorneys and clients.

The position offers substantial client-facing exposure and the chance to build trusted advisor relationships with issuers investors and financing providers. You will also take on leadership responsibilities including supervising and mentoring junior associates coordinating deal execution and contributing to the overall success of transactions.

Who You Are:

You are a driven and experienced finance attorney who enjoys working on complex transactions and values collaboration.

You bring:

• 5 years of experience representing issuers investors and/or back leverage providers in asset-based and structured finance transactions
• Hands-on experience with warehouse lending facilities forward flow transactions whole loan transfers repurchase agreements and securitization or securitization-related matters
• The ability to manage key components of transactions independently
• A proactive results-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Experience managing associate teams coupled with clear and effective communication
• A desire to work in a highly collaborative client-facing practice
• Admission to the State Bar of New York
• Strong academic credentials and prior Big Law experience

Compensation:

Where required by law salary ranges are provided below. Total compensation may include discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

$390000 $435000
