This role provides the opportunity to work on sophisticated high-impact mergers and acquisitions within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As part of a leading M&A practice you will advise public and private companies private equity sponsors and financial institutions on strategic transactions that are often complex time-sensitive and business-critical.

You will be involved in all phases of transactions from structuring and due diligence through negotiation execution and closing. The role offers meaningful responsibility direct interaction with clients and deal teams and the chance to develop deep expertise across a wide range of transaction types.

Who You Are:

You are a driven high-performing associate with 3 5 years of meaningful experience in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions.

Your background includes:

• Experience handling domestic and cross-border transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side
• A strong understanding of complex corporate and structural issues related to acquisitions divestitures strategic alliances spin-offs carve-outs leveraged buyouts recapitalizations and tender offers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong research and analytical abilities
• Sound legal and business judgment with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service in a collaborative team environment

You bring a strong work ethic leadership potential and a proactive approach to taking on increasing responsibility. Admission to the applicable state bar or eligibility to waive in is required.
