Job Summary
Medstra powers the next generation of telehealth. We build the infrastructure that lets entrepreneurs launch fully branded compliant weight-loss and hormone clinics. Without being a doctor.
Tasks
Youll be closing high-ticket deals with gym owners online fitness coaches and health entrepreneurs who want to launch their own telehealth clinic. These are qualified prospects whove already applied your job is to get them on a call show them the opportunity and close.
What youll do:
- Run 46 sales calls per day with pre-qualified leads
- Close $8K$15K deals over Zoom
- Follow up with pipeline leads until they buy or die
- Hit weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Give feedback to marketing on lead quality
- Track everything in the CRM (no excuses)
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record closing high-ticket offers ($3K price point)
- Minimum 1 year in remote sales coaching sales or agency sales
- Youve made at least $10K in a single month from commissions before
- Comfortable on camera sharp on Zoom zero fluff
- Own your calendar no hand-holding required
- Hungry coachable low ego high output
- Reliable internet quiet space professional setup
Bonus points:
- Experience selling to fitness/health/coaching industry
- Familiar with telehealth TRT GLP-1s or wellness offers
- Youve worked with a CRM like Close HubSpot or GoHighLevel
