Job Summary

IP Litigation Associate Attorney

This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-stakes patent and trade secret disputes in the market. As part of a leading IP Litigation practice you will represent innovative companies across the technology life sciences and consumer products sectors in matters that often involve cutting-edge science and industry-shaping issues.

You will play a hands-on role in all stages of litigation from early case assessment through trial and post-trial proceedings. The position provides meaningful responsibility substantive courtroom exposure and direct collaboration with experienced litigators on high-profile matters.

Who You Are:

You are a driven high-performing associate with 3 5 years of experience handling intellectual property matters including patent and/or trade secret litigation. You bring a strong technical foundation and thrive in complex fast-paced litigation environments.

Your background includes:

  • An undergraduate degree in computer science electrical engineering mathematics or physics (preferred)
  • Strong academic credentials in both law school and undergraduate studies
  • Experience managing complex IP disputes and supporting litigation strategy

You possess excellent research analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to communicate complex legal and technical concepts clearly and persuasively in both written and oral form. You are action-oriented demonstrate strong leadership potential and are eager to take on increasing responsibility in client matters.

Admission to the state bar in the jurisdiction in which you practice is required.
