Location: Sofia Bulgaria (on-site with hybrid option after 6 months)

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone email or chat;

  • Identify and resolve technical or product-related issues using internal databases manuals and other resources;

  • Deliver excellent customer service through active listening empathy and professionalism;

  • Log and follow up on all customer interactions in a structured way;

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written);

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce customer service or technical support;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused mindset;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

  • Solid computer literacy and ability to work with CRM or ticketing systems;

  • Team-oriented attitude combined with independence and responsibility;

  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts Monday to Friday (with compensation for public holidays);

  • Interest or background in construction equipment or heavy machinery is a plus.
