Salary: 3700 BGN gross / month

Role description:
Provide customer support via phone email and chat. Assist customers with inquiries resolve issues efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in an international working environment.

Requirements:

Slovenian C1/C2 level
English B2 level or higher
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Availability for rotational shifts
Right to work in Bulgaria
