JOB SUMMARY:

Position: IT Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Band: M1 (3 to 5 years)

Shift Timing: Rotational (9:30 PM to 7:30 AM/ 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM)

Job Description :

Must have experience in ITIL Desktop support Mac Book Active Directory Intune Office 365.
Must have experience in Service Now ticket resolution.
Good to have WMI scripting.
Willing to work in rotational shift.

O365 HANDS ON
Analyst - networking troubleshooting desktop support
Understand AV troubleshooting
