Job Summary

Job Description: IT Project Manager - Kochi
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead
and deliver technology-driven projects across the Middle East region. This remote role
requires strong technical knowledge project management expertise and the ability to
coordinate distributed teams while ensuring successful delivery of IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
o Define project scope goals and deliverables aligned with IT and business
objectives.
o Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation.
o Oversee execution of IT projects (infrastructure cloud cybersecurity etc.).
Stakeholder & Client Management
o Act as the primary liaison between technical teams vendors and
business stakeholders.
o Communicate project progress risks and outcomes clearly to regional
clients.
o Ensure alignment with organizational IT strategy and compliance
requirements.
Risk & Quality Management
o Identify and mitigate risks related to IT systems integrations and security.
o Ensure projects meet quality standards timelines and budget constraints.
Team & Vendor Coordination
o Lead cross-functional and remote IT teams across multiple geographies.
o Manage vendor relationships and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are
met.
Regional Awareness
o Adapt IT project delivery to Middle Eastern business practices and
regulatory frameworks.

o Ensure compliance with local data protection and IT governance
standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related
field.
3–5 years of IT project management experience (software development
infrastructure ERP or cloud).
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall
hybrid).
Experience managing remote IT teams and multi-country projects.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Familiarity with IT project tools (Jira MS Project Trello Asana).
PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification preferred.
