Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for software products and services. The role involves leading a sales team closing enterprise and mid-market deals building strong customer relationships and achieving aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition for software / SaaS solutions

  • Manage and mentor inside sales and field sales teams

  • Own revenue targets pipeline and sales forecasting

  • Develop sales strategies and go-to-market plans

  • Identify and close enterprise and mid-market clients

  • Conduct client presentations demos and negotiations

  • Work closely with marketing and pre-sales teams

  • Maintain CRM track sales KPIs and report performance

  • Build long-term customer relationships and account growth
