What you will be doing:
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- Process all external and internal calls either by redirecting calls or assisting the caller
- Take ownership of the callers request and ensure follow up according to the hotels standards
- Have a sufficient working knowledge of all departments in particular Housekeeping Front Office and Engineering
- Maintain and monitor the Reservation software system
- Serve as a liaison for Guests requiring information relating to all aspects of the hotel
- Handle and distribute faxes voice messages and written messages for internal and external Guests
- Follow department policies procedures and service standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Graduates of Tourism and Hotel Management departments from colleges or universities
- 3 years of working experience in Front Office and Reservation
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Familiarity with the Opera system
- Able to use MS Office programs
- Always aiming to improve service quality
- Successful in administrative coordination
- Able to problem-solving
- Embrace a friendly service approach
- Open to communication
- Able to work in shifts
- Respect guest privacy
- Completed military service for male candidates.
Additional Information :
Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
