Job Summary

Service Manager

What you will be doing:

  • Lead mentor and train the Service Operations team
  • Ensure Service relevant brand standards are maintained
  • Strategize on new products and service offerings
  • Create unforgettable experiences for our guests

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
  • Ensuring the team provides the best customer service in terms of quality production and presentation.
  • Ensuring the proper operation of the various services under the Head Chefs responsibility.
  • Providing a good work environment by guiding colleagues.
  • Ensuring the departments profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations within the department.
  • Being present in the dining room to hear customer feedback.
  • Building good relationships with customers (depending on the structure).
  • Spending time with customers and being present in the same environment to be aware of their specific requests and expectations.
