What you will be doing:
- Lead mentor and train the Service Operations team
- Ensure Service relevant brand standards are maintained
- Strategize on new products and service offerings
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
- Ensuring the team provides the best customer service in terms of quality production and presentation.
- Ensuring the proper operation of the various services under the Head Chefs responsibility.
- Providing a good work environment by guiding colleagues.
- Ensuring the departments profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations within the department.
- Being present in the dining room to hear customer feedback.
- Building good relationships with customers (depending on the structure).
- Spending time with customers and being present in the same environment to be aware of their specific requests and expectations.
