Your Tasks as a Service Hero:
You are the helping hand for our customers with all questions concerning bookings cancellations and the use of our online platform.
- Comprehensive Support: Handling customer inquiries primarily via email and chat with a high focus on quality.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building a positive customer relationship through friendly and expert advice.
- Travel Support: Assisting customers with travel details payment processing and general service information.
- Process Optimization: Documenting trends and recurring issues to improve service efficiency.
Your Work Environment and Benefits:
- 100% Remote: Work comfortably from your approved residence in Turkey.
- Stable Shift Model: Full-time (40 hours) 5 days per week. Shifts rotate and cover working hours between 08:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Summer) and 08:30 AM and 10:00 PM (Winter).
- Time Off: You will have two consecutive days off per week (flexible between weekdays and weekends).
