We are looking for enthusiastic German-speaking individuals to join our global team as a Remote Customer Experience Agent in Turkey. You will be instrumental in supporting users of our top-tier Subscription Video On-Demand (SVOD) platform ensuring they have an exceptional streaming experience.

Your Mission
Your main goal is to delight our German-speaking customer base by providing prompt accurate and friendly service. You will act as the primary contact resolving all customer service and technical issues related to our digital streaming service.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Address customer questions and concerns primarily in German through digital channels such as live chat and email.
- Technical Assistance: Solve common technical problems including issues with app installation device compatibility (Smart TVs consoles mobile devices) poor video quality and streaming performance.
- Subscription Support: Manage billing questions process changes to subscription tiers assist with payment issues and explain account features and policies.
- Documentation: Accurately log all communication resolutions and trends into our customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Internal Communication: Escalate complex or recurring platform errors to specialized technical or management teams when necessary providing clear summaries in English.
- Service Excellence: Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a positive company image.
What We Need
- Language Skills: You must be fully fluent in German (reading writing and speaking) to effectively support our target market.
- Internal Communication: A proficiency level of B1 (Intermediate) in English is required for internal team collaboration and training materials.
- Location: Must reside in and be legally authorized to work remotely from Turkey.
- Experience (A Plus): While prior experience in customer support or a call center environment is beneficial it is not a requirement. We provide comprehensive training.
- Aptitude: You should be tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting digital products and walking customers through technical steps.
Work Schedule and Setup
- Work Arrangement: This is a fully remote role.
- Equipment Provided: The company will supply you with all the necessary hardware (laptop headset etc.) to perform your duties effectively.
- Shifts: Flexibility to work rotational shifts is essential to cover service hours.
- Summer Operating Hours (Example Shifts): 10:00 to 19:00 13:00 to 22:00 or 16:00 to 01:00.
- Winter Operating Hours (Example Shifts): 11:00 to 20:00 14:00 to 23:00 or 17:00 to 02:00.
