Job Summary

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Relations Executive/Sr. Executive to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless after-sales service and customer satisfaction within our real estate operations. This position is critical to maintaining compliance fostering strong client relationships and driving the successful completion of property transactions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end after-sales processes including documentation loan coordination and regulatory adherence ensuring a smooth experience for customers from sale agreement to final registration. With a strong focus on accuracy communication and compliance this role is essential to upholding our companys reputation and operational efficiency in Kolkata.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the After Sales module within the ERP system preferably Farvision ensuring accurate data entry and process tracking.
Coordinate directly with customers to facilitate timely execution of sale agreements and final property registration.
Oversee end-to-end bank loan procedures including documentation follow-ups and coordination with financial institutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups on payment dues to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy cash flow.
Ensure all after-sales activities comply with RERA regulations and other statutory requirements.
Utilize MS Excel and Word proficiently for reporting documentation and data management.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer relations preferably within the real estate sector.
Proven experience with ERP systems specifically Farvision or similar in an after-sales or property management context.
Strong understanding of RERA compliance and real estate transaction processes.
Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions) and MS Word.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in Kolkata.
