Qualifications :

- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint)

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings industry events and team collaborations
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and emerging sales trends
- Working knowledge of labor laws and ethical sales practices
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the Indian market is a plus
