Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:
1 Developing sales strategies: Creating effective plans to generate leads attract clients and close deals.
2. Managing client relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients addressing their
needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Negotiating contracts: Collaborating with clients and other parties involved to negotiate and finalize real
estate contracts.
4. Staying updated on market trends and regulations: Keeping abreast of industry developments market
conditions and legal requirements to make informed decisions.
5. Reporting and analysis: Generating reports on sales performance market trends and other relevant data to
inform decision-making.
6. Networking and business development: Actively seeking new business opportunities attending industry
events and expanding professional networks.
7. Meeting sales target: As per company standards required to meet the sales target assigned.

Desired Profile:
1. Education: A bachelors degree in business hospitality or a related field is typically preferred.
2. Experience: 3 years of experience in Hospitality sales with a proven track record of success.
3. Knowledge of the industry: In-depth understanding of the sales strategies and best practices.
4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients negotiate
contracts and collaborate with team members.
5. Sales and negotiation skills: Proficiency in sales techniques including prospecting lead generation and
closing deals. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements.
6. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze market data sales performance and trends to make informed decisions
and develop effective strategies.
7. Customer service orientation: A focus on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client
relationships.
8. Technology proficiency: Familiarity with software customer relationship management (CRM) systems
and other relevant tools to streamline sales processes.
