HR Manager Manufacturing & Labor Relations
Were seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and union environments. This role leads labor relations supports plant operations and drives HR initiatives that strengthen engagement compliance and workforce performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead collective bargaining grievance resolution and contract administration
Partner with plant leadership to resolve workforce issues and improve engagement
Ensure compliance with labor laws contracts and safety regulations
Coach managers on performance management and employee relations
Oversee recruiting onboarding and workforce development strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree; HR certification preferred
5 years HR experience with 3 in a unionized manufacturing setting
Proven success in negotiations grievances and union engagement
Strong knowledge of employment law compliance and workplace safety
