Client Service Representative Be the Heart of Our Hospital
Location: Molalla River Veterinary Center Molalla Oregon
Are you an organized friendly multi-tasker who loves helping people and their pets
At Molalla River Veterinary Center were a small privately owned hospital that believes in providing compassionate high-quality care in a calm low-stress environment. Our team is close-knit supportive and genuinely enjoys working together to make each client and patient feel cared for.
Were looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming voice and face of our practice someone who brings warmth professionalism and positive energy to every interaction.
What Youll Do
- Greet clients with empathy enthusiasm and professionalism both in person and on the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage our Daysmart Veterinary software
- Assist with check-ins payments and patient updates
- Support our medical team by keeping communication and workflow running smoothly
- Help maintain an organized calm environment even when things get busy!
About You
- You genuinely enjoy helping people and their pets
- Youre dependable detail-oriented and an excellent communicator
- Youre comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus but were happy to train the right person with the right attitude!
