About the Company
Our client is building a hybrid wellness and education ecosystem that bridges offline and online experiences.
The project combines in-person retreats and group programs in Cascais with an online learning and community platform designed to empower personal growth mental well-being and continuous education.
Were looking for a Project Manager to plan coordinate and deliver educational and wellness projects ensuring smooth teamwork timely launches and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan project roadmaps budgets and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors.
Manage communication tasks and documentation in Notion.
Oversee online platforms integrations and payment systems.
Ensure quality across client experience and content delivery.
Prepare progress reports monitor KPIs and analyze performance.
Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
Optimize workflows and automate key processes.
Requirements
Must-have:
2 years of experience in project or operations management.
Proven experience launching and managing online products (LMS CRM automation tools).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian English (Intermediate).
Nice-to-have:
Experience in wellness education or creative industries.
Familiarity with remote team management and digital marketing processes.
