Our client is a leading communications business group in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their dynamic and fast-growing organization.
Design and execute recruitment strategies that support the companys business expansion objectives.
Oversee the entire recruitment process including workforce planning job advertisement candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding procedures.
Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline and database for critical and future vacancies.
Drive employer branding efforts via social media digital marketing campaigns and internal engagement initiatives.
Lead mentor and inspire the recruitment team to uphold high standards of performance and recruitment quality.
Collaborate closely with department leaders to comprehend organizational needs and ensure hiring practices align with the company culture.
Monitor analyze and report key recruitment metrics; recommend enhancements to recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies academic institutions and online platforms.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Economics or a related discipline.
A minimum of five years of recruitment experience including at least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Demonstrated expertise in proactive talent sourcing and networking including headhunting and referral programs.
Strong familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Facebook job portals etc.) and up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends.
Exceptional communication negotiation and candidate evaluation abilities.
Energetic results-driven and passionate about matching the right talent with the right opportunities.
Preferred age range: 28 to 35 years.
