Job Summary

Our client is a leading high-tech manufacturing group seeking experienced professionals to join their organization in Vietnam.

Develop and implement the companys procurement plans ensuring the timely supply of materials and equipment.
Be responsible for developing evaluating managing and maintaining supplier relationships building strong and long-term partnerships.
Monitor and support contract negotiations control purchasing costs and ensure competitive pricing and consistent quality.
Supervise the procurement process ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
Track purchase order fulfillment and handle issues related to delivery quality and payment.
Collect market intelligence and industry trends providing data to support the companys decision-making process.
Support the training and coaching of procurement team members enhancing the departments professional capabilities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors / Senior Management.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher preferably in Procurement Supply Chain Management International Trade or related fields.
Fluency in Chinese across all four skills (listening speaking reading and writing) equivalent to HSK Level 6 or above.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement including at least 2 years in a team leadership role or at Deputy Manager level or above.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management; preference given to candidates with purchasing experience in manufacturing or electronic components industries.
Excellent negotiation and bargaining skills with a strong cost control mindset.
Proficient in SAP systems and standard office software applications.
Strong communication skills ability to work under pressure and a solid team-oriented mindset.
