Audit Training Manager

Our client is a leading financial services corporation seeking experienced professionals to join their organization in Vietnam.

Training & Capability Development

• Assess learning and development requirements across staff levels with a strong focus on the Hanoi-based teams
  

• Contribute to the design and implementation of structured training and development programs
  

• Deliver and coordinate internal training sessions to enhance technical and professional competencies
  

• Monitor and administer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements ensuring full compliance and proper documentation
  

Technical Advisory & Standards Compliance

• Support the maintenance and enhancement of firm methodologies manuals templates and internal policies in line with current professional standards
  

• Act as a technical resource for engagement teams by providing advice on complex accounting and audit matters
  

• Assist in monitoring changes in accounting and auditing standards and support firm-wide adoption and compliance
  

• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of technical guidance and updates to relevant stakeholders
  

Administration Systems & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records including attendance training hours and compliance status
  

• Prepare periodic management reports related to learning activities and regulatory requirements
  

• Manage and oversee training data within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  

• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling and updating calendar invitations
  

Requirements

• Minimum of five years and up to eight years of professional experience in audit and assurance services
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively in both Vietnamese and English
  

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for expanding technical knowledge and translating complex topics into practical user-friendly training materials
  

• Prior involvement in facilitating or delivering internal training programs will be considered an advantage
  

• Possession of a recognized professional certification (such as ACCA or CPA Australia) is preferred
