Grade: Business Grade 09 BG-09

Position Summary:
Manage funding transactions balances reconciliations risks and inter-departmentalcollaborations specific to technology interests including bond projects and UniversalService Fund and Libraries (E-Rate)
Advise Executive Director of Information Technology regarding financial matters relatedto technology bond projects
Keep project owners stakeholders team members and external departments informed
about project financial status through reports budget analysis cost forecasts and riskassessments
Continuously review budgeting processes and tools and implement changes asappropriate
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Bachelors degree in information technology computer science computer informationsystems management information systems or equivalent Information Technologyexperience preferred
Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Tools (Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint)
Seven years experience working with budgets and funding specific to InformationTechnology
Other:
Valid drivers license
