Overview: Serve as the first point of contact for end-user hardware and software issues while delivering efficient customer-focused technical support. This role focuses on troubleshooting clear communication and providing a positive service experience while documenting and resolving IT requests.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer contacts via phone email and voicemail in a timely manner

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across supported systems

Ask fact-finding questions to accurately diagnose and resolve issues

Educate users while assisting with technical requests

Document requests issues and resolutions in a ticketing system

Maintain a professional and positive customer service approach

Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher
-
Minimum of one year of help desk or technical support experience

Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments

Experience with Active Directory and Citrix

Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Azure preferred
