Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support business case analysis process re-engineering and requirement gathering for a key project. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that application designs meet business needs and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and market research.
- Document current and future state process workflows using BPM standards.
- Gather document and validate business functional and technical requirements.
- Prepare analysis reports and user documentation in line with PMO methodologies.
- Support testing and go-live activities ensuring a smooth project transition.
Required Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience in business system analysis techniques and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of business process design and definition.
- Ability to create sequence diagrams and flow charts.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for stakeholder collaboration.
