Job Summary
- Own the master plan and cadence for demos deep dives and POCs; keep deliverables on track.
- Schedule and coordinate demos/workshops; prep agendas success criteria and follow-ups.
- Consolidate feedback from stakeholders; maintain decision logs and scorecards.
- Align stakeholders (IT Platform Eng Security Procurement etc) on timelines risks and approvals.
- Manage POC definitions (use cases data sets success metrics) and track outcomes/readouts.
- Prepare executive-level status updates.
- Coordinate with vendor SEs/PS teams for environments access and technical prerequisites.
Expectations:
- 7 years program/project management for enterprise SaaS platform selections (CMS/DXP or adjacent: Martech CDP DAM).
- Comfortable working across engineering security procurement and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated operational rigor (roadmaps RAID OKRs/metrics) and strong written communication.
- Nice to have: familiarity with headless architectures API-first platforms analytics/RUM and composable stacks.
