Job Summary
What were looking for Senior Project/Product Manager (This position is only for people located in Latin America)
We are seeking a Senior Project/Product Manager to own end-to-end software initiatives acting as the primary customer-facing . You will plan coordinate and deliver solutions aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives safeguarding scope timeline quality and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Define and manage scope timelines budget and delivery plans.
- Maintain project documentation: charters roadmaps (Agile/hybrid) RAID logs KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (backend frontend mobile DevOps QA UX/UI Data/BI).
- Drive execution from kickoff to launch ensuring predictable delivery and quality.
Product Management
- Partner with stakeholders and customers to prioritize the backlog based on value risk and strategy.
- Lead discovery problem framing ideation and feature validation (MVPs experiments user feedback).
- Define and track product outcomes: adoption engagement retention NPS ROI.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories acceptance criteria and release plans.
Customer-Facing & Stakeholder Management
- Lead workshops demos and C-level presentations.
- Gather requirements manage expectations and negotiate scope changes effectively.
- Communicate progress and risks to executives and business/finance stakeholders.
- Coordinate synergies between internal teams and external partners/vendors.
Methodologies & Continuous Improvement
- Implement Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or hybrid frameworks depending on context.
- Run ceremonies retrospectives and drive a metrics-driven continuous improvement culture.
- Improve delivery processes using outcomes velocity/throughput trends quality metrics and feedback loops.
Experience
- 8 years managing end-to-end software projects and/or digital products.
- Strong track record working with cross-functional teams and delivering complex software initiatives.
- Proven customer-facing experience: client meetings executive presentations scope negotiation.
- Skills
- Strong command of Agile Scrum Master (nice to have).
- Proficiency with delivery tools (Jira).
- Soft skills: servant leadership assertive communication strategic thinking results orientation mentoring.
- English B2
- This position is only for people located in Latin America
Nice to Have
- Experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms and/or generative AI initiatives.
- Experience with platform/integration programs (APIs integrations identity/auth etc.).
- Certifications in relevant ecosystems (cloud product Agile delivery tools).
