About the role
An outstanding opportunity has arisen in our Fitout & Refurbishment division for an experienced Contract Administrator who is seeking a long career with one of Australias leading builders.
Our upcoming pipeline of high-profile projects has seen the need for multiple enthusiastic individuals to join the team where you will be exposed to the fast-paced and exciting world of Interior Fitout & Refurbishment. This particular role will see you commence within our established and rapidly expanding Fitout division taking direction from a senior management team without peer!
The Fitout & Refurb team have recently secured multiple projects ranging from $10M - $40M with an enthusiastic CA invited to join the team immediately.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administration of all commercial activities of the project. This role will also be responsible for advising and instructing the project team members on compliance with commercial requirements set out in the head contract subcontracts consultant and supply agreements quality management systems policies guidelines and project specific procedures.
The ideal candidate will:
Possess a relevant building related degree
Have extensive experience managing contracts on high-end and high-profile fitout projects
Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
